The performance gap
Mission workflows need model capability without relying on an external service for their core operation. Domain behaviour, deployment boundaries and operator accountability have to work together from the start.
Our contribution
The programme brought compact onsite models and governed domain adaptation into an isolated enclave design. Human control and audit capture were part of the operating requirement, alongside the model’s ability to perform the mission task.

The delivery included enclave architecture, adaptation material, an evaluation baseline and operator guidance. The resulting capability was shaped around the organisation’s perimeter and mission context, with a clear path from model development to accountable operation.
