Rights and Responsibilities
Scope, responsibilities and a practical contact route for rights and responsibilities at Softinator.
Contact the responsible teamMutual expectations
Professional relationships work when people understand both their rights and their responsibilities. Visitors should be able to find clear company information, meaningful service descriptions and practical contact routes. Customers and collaborators should have the relevant programme commitments recorded in their agreements. Applicants should receive role-related expectations and an appropriate way to ask questions.
Information and conduct
Provide accurate information and use material only where you have authority to share it. Respect confidentiality, intellectual property and the access granted for a task. Treat people with dignity and raise material concerns in good faith. Privacy and other applicable rights do not disappear because a person makes a business enquiry.
Agreements and decisions
A commissioned programme defines responsibilities for data, access, scope, review and acceptance. Public illustrations and platform descriptions do not grant operating authority in another organisation's systems. Changes should be discussed with the responsible contact and recorded where they affect a commitment. Mandatory legal rights remain applicable to the relevant relationship.
