Raising a concern

A good-faith concern about misconduct, unsafe practice, improper influence or a material breach of responsibility should be raised rather than ignored. Email business@softinator.ai with the subject Confidential conduct concern, or use the responsible company contact already established in your relationship. Identify the activity and the information needed to understand the issue.

Useful information

Explain what happened, when, who or which activity was involved, and what records may help a review. Distinguish what you observed from what you suspect. Do not obtain evidence through unauthorised access or expose unnecessary personal information. If a matter creates immediate danger, use the appropriate emergency or public-authority route rather than waiting for a website enquiry response.

Review and confidentiality

Information should be shared only with people who need it to review or address the concern, subject to applicable legal obligations. A public email route is not an anonymous reporting system and absolute confidentiality cannot be promised. A person may request a suitable follow-up arrangement when contacting us. The review should consider the facts and relevant responsibilities proportionately.

Good faith and protection

Retaliation for raising a concern in good faith is contrary to the conduct expected in Softinator's relationships. Deliberate false allegations are different from an honestly raised concern that is not ultimately substantiated. Conduct, Anti-bribery and Governance describe connected expectations.
