Anti-Discrimination Policy
Scope, responsibilities and a practical contact route for anti-discrimination policy at Softinator.
Contact the responsible teamEqual treatment
Discrimination and harassment have no place in Softinator's professional relationships. Decisions about work, collaboration and recruitment should relate to relevant competence, responsibilities and lawful requirements, rather than prejudice about a person's identity or background. The same expectation applies to communication with colleagues, applicants, customers and visitors.
Conduct and decisions
Treat people with dignity. Avoid discriminatory language, exclusionary behaviour, intimidation and retaliation. A technical assessment should use criteria connected to the role or engagement. Reasonable requests for a different way to participate should be considered in context. This policy complements Code of conduct and the Accessibility statement.
Raising a concern
Send a concern to business@softinator.ai with the subject People conduct concern, or use the existing responsible contact in your professional relationship. Describe what happened, when, who was involved and the information needed for review. Avoid circulating sensitive allegations broadly. A good-faith concern should not be used against the person who raised it.
Review and responsibility
People involved in a matter should cooperate with a proportionate review. Information should be shared only with those who need it to understand or address the concern, subject to applicable obligations. The response should reflect the facts, seriousness and relevant relationship. This website policy sets a conduct expectation; specific workplace procedures and applicable rights are governed by the relevant arrangements and law.
