Governance
Scope, responsibilities and a practical contact route for governance at Softinator.
Contact the responsible teamClear responsibility
Enterprise engineering requires clarity about who makes decisions, who reviews them and who owns the result. A Softinator engagement should identify the relevant contracting entity, programme contacts and responsibilities in its agreed scope. Commercial descriptions introduce an offer; delivery and acceptance arrangements belong in the engagement record.
Reviewable decisions
Requirements, significant changes, release decisions and acceptance criteria should be recorded so the organisations involved can understand the commitment. Information access should follow the authorised purpose. A model, agent or robot's ability to perform an action does not by itself establish authority to take that action in a customer's environment.
Conduct and escalation
Conflicts, inappropriate requests and material concerns should be raised with the responsible contact. Code of conduct, Anti-bribery and Whistleblowing set connected expectations. Good-faith concerns should receive appropriate consideration without retaliation. A review should share information proportionately with those responsible for addressing the issue.
Corporate enquiries
For governance or procurement questions, email business@softinator.ai with the subject Governance enquiry. Identify the entity, proposed programme and information needed. Corporate records, assurance evidence and authorised statements should be provided for their relevant scope. This public policy does not replace entity-specific legal documents, delegated authorities or the terms of an agreed engagement.
