Contact the responsible teamSend a request
Write to business@softinator.ai with the subject Data rights request. Tell us which website correspondence or engagement the request concerns and what you want to access, correct, delete or otherwise review. Use the address involved in the original correspondence where practical. An initial message should contain enough context to find the record, without unnecessary identity documents, account passwords or customer datasets.
Identity and authority
Before disclosing personal information or acting on a sensitive request, we may seek proportionate evidence of identity. If you represent someone else, identify that role and the authority to act. Verification is limited to what the request requires. We may ask you to clarify a broad request so the relevant information and responsible business activity can be identified accurately.
Response and limits
The applicable processing, jurisdiction and rights determine how the request is handled. We will assess information within our control, obligations to retain particular records and any relevant exceptions. A response may explain the action taken, ask for clarification or identify why a requested action cannot be completed in full. Customer information processed under an engagement may need coordination with the organisation responsible for that processing.
Practical support
Keep a copy of your request and any reply. If the record concerns an online enquiry, include the approximate submission date, supplied email and service selected. For a recruitment record, use Candidate privacy. The Privacy, California privacy and GDPR pages explain the corresponding website scope.
