Refund Policy
Scope, responsibilities and a practical contact route for refund policy at Softinator.
Contact the responsible teamProject agreements
Softinator's services are commissioned through a written proposal or agreement. The payment structure, deliverables, milestones, cancellation conditions and any refund entitlement belong in that agreement. The public website does not process a standard retail checkout or create a universal refund period for every engineering programme. An enquiry and public dossier download do not themselves create a paid engagement.
Raising a payment concern
Contact business@softinator.ai with the subject Payment review and identify the contracting entity, project reference, relevant invoice and the concern. Explain the amount or milestone in question and include appropriate supporting records. Avoid sending full banking credentials or unrelated personal information. We will review the matter against the agreed scope and payment terms.
Changes and cancellation
A change in requirements, pause or cancellation should be documented with the project contact. Work already completed, committed resources, accepted deliverables and third-party charges may affect the commercial treatment where the agreement provides for them. A discussion about a change does not by itself amend an invoice or cancel an obligation; record the agreed resolution in writing.
Applicable rights
A project-specific agreement should define how payment disputes and authorised refunds are handled. Mandatory rights applicable to the transaction are not removed by this website notice. This policy does not promise an outcome before the relevant records and terms are reviewed. Terms describes the relationship between public website information and commissioned services.
