Responsibility in our work

Engineering choices affect the people who use a system and those whose information or work supports it. Softinator's corporate responsibility includes considering that context when defining an engagement. Requirements should include meaningful user outcomes, information boundaries and the responsibilities of the organisations involved, alongside technical delivery.

People and community

Respectful participation, appropriate access to opportunities and consideration for the wider community belong in professional conduct. The legacy company record includes workplace and community material that informs our history. Specific initiatives, partnerships and outcomes should be described in their actual context; a general responsibility statement is not a claim of a new charitable programme or donation amount.

Technology and resources

Use resources deliberately. Infrastructure, equipment, travel and material choices should reflect the programme's needs rather than unnecessary consumption. Model and agent deployments should be assessed in the context in which they will operate. Responsible AI, Sustainability and Environment describe related expectations.

Engagement and accountability

Questions or suggestions about the impact of a programme can be raised with its responsible contact. For a corporate responsibility enquiry, write to business@softinator.ai with the subject Corporate responsibility. Identify the activity concerned and the proposed improvement. Public commitments and initiatives should be kept current and supported by their actual scope and records.
