Access to information

We want visitors to reach Softinator's programme, company and contact information across desktop and mobile devices. The website includes keyboard-operable navigation, labelled form controls, semantic headings, text alternatives for meaningful imagery and responsive page layouts. Commercial content is available as text alongside visual material, so an illustration is not the only route to understanding an offer.

Use the skip link to reach the main content, keyboard focus to move between controls, and Escape to dismiss the enquiry dialogue. Directory links and page headings provide alternative routes through the catalogue. Browser zoom and text settings remain useful for reading. Decorative visuals should not replace essential labels, instructions or form feedback.

Reporting a barrier

Write to business@softinator.ai with the subject Accessibility support. Include the page, task, device and assistive technology involved, along with a description of the difficulty. You do not need to provide medical information. If an online form is difficult to use, direct email is available for the same enquiry. We will use the report to investigate the affected experience and an appropriate way to provide the information.

Review and improvement

Accessibility is reviewed as pages and interactions change. The W3C guidance below informs that work. This statement describes the current approach rather than asserting a completed certification or universal conformance result. Specific barriers, including those affecting visual or animated experiences, can be raised through the contact route for review.
