Contact the responsible teamScope of this notice
This page explains how to contact Softinator about California privacy rights in connection with softinator.ai enquiries. Whether a statutory requirement applies depends on the relevant entity, processing and law. The website's collection is described in Privacy: contact identifiers, a project message, an optional attachment and service-related request information. Information comes from the visitor or a person contacting us on their behalf.
Use and disclosure
We use enquiry information for business correspondence, requirement assessment, delivery and security. The website's current enquiry workflow uses Cloudflare verification, Outliny email preparation and Mailjet delivery. It does not create an advertising audience, sell enquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Customer project information is governed by the applicable project arrangements and processing scope.
Requests and verification
Where applicable, requests may concern knowing or accessing information, correcting it, deleting it, limiting certain uses, or opting out of sale or sharing. Send the request to business@softinator.ai with the subject California privacy request. Explain the right requested and the correspondence concerned. An authorised representative should identify that role. We may request proportionate verification and authority before disclosing information; avoid sending identity documents in the first message.
Handling your request
We do not penalise people for making a privacy request. The response will address the information within our control, applicable exceptions and the relevant legal scope. Use Data requests for practical intake instructions. The California Attorney General's material below explains CCPA and CPRA rights independently of this website notice.
