People participating in professional relationships should do so under lawful arrangements with dignity and the ability to raise concerns. No commercial opportunity justifies coercion, withholding identity documents or imposing an improper restriction on a person's freedom.

Expectations should be communicated to those responsible for the relationship rather than assumed from a corporate name or certificate.
