Website and provider

softinator.ai is a public website presenting Softinator TechLabs Private Limited and its engineering programmes. You may use the website for lawful research, business enquiries and access to public corporate material. The Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited activity. Services and agreements

Descriptions on the website introduce possible programme scopes. A commissioned service requires a written agreement identifying the relevant contracting entity, requirements, deliverables, fees, ownership, confidentiality and acceptance arrangements. Public content does not amend an existing customer agreement. Governing law and dispute arrangements for a commissioned project are set in the applicable agreement, subject to mandatory law.

Content and third parties

Company content, identity assets and photographs retain their applicable rights. Public availability does not transfer ownership or grant unrestricted reuse. Third-party names and materials retain their respective rights and terms. External links are provided for context; their operators control their content, products and services. Do not use the website to imply an unauthorised affiliation or endorsement.

Enquiries and responsibilities

Provide accurate contact information and only material you are authorised to share. The website's Privacy notice explains the current enquiry flow. Security services help protect submissions but do not turn an initial form into a secure production-data transfer channel. We may update public content and these terms to reflect changes in the website. Mandatory rights and agreed contractual responsibilities remain applicable.
