Recruitment correspondence

This notice concerns information provided to Softinator for a recruitment or professional-opportunity enquiry. A message may include your contact details, experience, qualifications, portfolio links and a CV. Send only information relevant to the opportunity. An initial introduction does not require government identifiers, banking details or confidential work from another organisation.

Purpose and review

The recruitment team uses information to consider the enquiry, understand relevant capability and communicate about an opportunity. Further assessment or engagement arrangements are explained during the process. A public service page does not itself establish a vacancy, and submitting a CV does not establish an offer or working relationship.

Handling and retention

Correspondence may be handled through the company's email services and shared with people who need it for the relevant review. Records should be retained only for an appropriate recruitment, business or legal purpose. If a subsequent engagement begins, its records and information requirements follow that relationship. Applicants may ask about the scope or retention of their correspondence rather than assuming a universal period.

Contact and rights

For a recruitment-information question, contact hr@softinator.ai with the subject Candidate privacy and the context needed to locate the correspondence. You can request correction, access or deletion, subject to the applicable processing and legal requirements. For the general website enquiry process see Privacy, and for practical identity and request guidance see Data requests.
