Professional standards

Softinator's work depends on clear judgement, responsible engineering and respectful professional relationships. Communicate accurately, take responsibility for your contribution and distinguish a verified result from an assumption. Protect information entrusted to the engagement. Do not misrepresent a customer's identity, a benchmark, licence, certification or another person's work.

Working together

Respect colleagues, applicants, customers and collaborators. Discrimination, harassment and improper inducements are incompatible with the conduct expected here. Identify conflicts of interest and raise issues that could affect a decision. Use access to systems and information only for the authorised purpose. Keep commitments and project changes clear rather than leaving another person to infer what was agreed.

Engineering responsibility

Requirements, acceptance criteria, data boundaries and operating responsibilities should be defined for the engagement. Review meaningful failures and limitations before a release. Intellectual property and source permissions matter for data, code and visual material. Commercial urgency does not justify a fabricated result or unauthorised access.

Questions and concerns

Use the responsible project or company contact to resolve uncertainties early. For a conduct concern, write to business@softinator.ai with the subject Conduct concern and the information needed for review. Good-faith reporting should not attract retaliation. Related expectations are described in Anti-bribery, Anti-discrimination and Whistleblowing.
