Softinator respects the rights attached to photographs, written material, software assets and third-party works. If you believe material on softinator.ai infringes a copyright you control, send a notification to business@softinator.ai with the subject Copyright notification. Identify the copyrighted work and the specific page or downloadable asset concerned. A general statement about the website is usually insufficient to locate the disputed material.

Information to include

Provide a contact name, email and information supporting your authority to act. Include the affected URL, a description of the original work and an explanation of the alleged infringement. Where a formal DMCA notification is applicable, include the required good-faith statement, accuracy and authority declaration, and signature. Do not send confidential documents beyond what is needed to assess the notice.

Review and follow up

We will assess the identified material and may remove or restrict it while reviewing the concern. We may ask for additional identifying information or contact the relevant source. Removal during review is not a determination of ownership. A response or counter-notification must follow the applicable legal process, including any requirements particular to the claim.

Appropriate use of this route

This contact route is for copyright concerns about the public website; it does not replace dispute procedures in a project agreement. Misrepresentations can carry legal consequences. The US Copyright Office material below describes the designated-agent framework; this page does not substitute for a required registration. Other content or trademark concerns can be sent with a clearly identified subject and URL.
