Anti-Bribery Policy
Scope, responsibilities and a practical contact route for anti-bribery policy at Softinator.
Contact the responsible teamBusiness decisions
Softinator prohibits bribery and improper inducements in its business relationships. An engagement should be won or retained through legitimate capability, value and agreed terms. No person should offer, request or accept an improper benefit to influence a commercial, procurement or public decision. This applies to money and to non-cash advantages.
Gifts and conflicts
Gifts, hospitality and expenses must not conceal an inducement or compromise independent judgement. Consider the recipient, timing, purpose and applicable rules before offering or accepting a benefit. A conflict of interest should be raised with the responsible decision-maker. Do not make unofficial payments to accelerate a process or hide a benefit through inaccurate records.
Records and reporting
Record legitimate commercial expenses accurately and preserve relevant authorisations. Report a suspected improper request to business@softinator.ai with the subject Business conduct concern, or to the responsible company contact for the engagement. Describe the request and context without making a payment to test whether it is genuine. Whistleblowing explains the public reporting route.
Responsibility
A person acting for Softinator must respect this policy and the applicable rules of the relationship. Concerns should be reviewed with appropriate confidentiality and without retaliation for good-faith reporting. The response depends on the facts and may include refusing the transaction or addressing the relationship. This policy does not authorise exceptions to applicable anti-corruption law.
