The interruption is part of the task.

DOM, pixels and checkpoints preserve enough context to explain where a long-horizon agent succeeds, fails or recovers.

Windows, dialogs and dynamic pages hide long-horizon failures.

The hard problem

Agents had to operate real software across windows, files, dialogs, authentication boundaries and changing interface affordances. Single screenshots hid the state transitions where tasks became brittle.

Our advantage

We built instrumented desktop environments, task graphs and screen-state checkpoints. Browser workflows retained synchronised DOM and pixel observations. Action-level review, affordance labels and failure taxonomies made interruption and recovery behaviour inspectable.

Value delivered

Deliverables included environment images, task packs, dual-modality traces, recovery examples, difficulty maps and reliability reports.
